Jonesy’s review: Lovely red wine, one of my fav’s! It comes in a beautiful bottle too. Great for a gift, a really smooth easy drinking red.
Wine making: The grapes, which are hand cut, are vinified with a temperature-controlled fermentation. They undergo a long maceration period so the tannins, colour and aromas can be developed. We age this robust wine in steel barrels for 9 months so the flavour can develop then for a further 4 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: The fruity and intoxicating blend of Malbec with the spicy and persistent notes of Cabernet Sauvignon, give life to a blend of flavours and aromas that are complex, elegant, rich and full-bodied.
Award-winning, robust, rich, full bodied red. 2015
