Wine making: Sparkling wine made from the Vermentino grape, planted and grown in Gallura, which is the most famous area for this vine. It is a very elegant, fresh and recognised for being aromatic with a mineral taste typical of the Vermentino grape that grows in this area. The vinification is in steel with the temperature controlled using the Charmat method.
Pale straw-yellow colour, typical fruity bouquet. it matches perfectly with a varied combination of food from fried to risotto or more complex dishes such as roasted or grilled fish, shellfish with sauces or even salted meats.
